At South Atlantic Construction Company we provide a full scope of construction, development, and renovation services for single family homes. Our attention to detail and commitment to providing great customer service makes us a building leader in the Triangle area.

One of our current projects is The Cypress of Raleigh where we are building 34 custom cottages for the continuing care retirement community in north Raleigh. These cottages ranges in size from 2500sf to 4000sf.

We have several renovation projects underway in the area ranging from simple one or two room renovations to a complete house remodels. We provide full service for our customers who want to update their older home, as well as those who want new features added.

South Atlantic Residential Properties LLC, one of our sister companies, currently has 10 lease-to-own townhomes in a great north Raleigh location just a couple of blocks from Triangle Town Center. These town homes, built by South Atlantic Construction Company, are all two-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths ranging between 1400 to 1450 square feet. Each townhome comes fully-furnished with modern appliances as well as a washer and dryer. The townhomes each have a private patio area and two private parking spaces.
